Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess valid Indiana Server Liquor License and Indiana Excise training certificate
- Must pass background check and credit screening
- Ability to stoop, lift, walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform work
- Valid Indiana Server Liquor License
- Certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
Job Duties
- Read banquet event order and complete bar set-up
- Set bar(s) or bar station in assigned area correctly and uniformly
- Keep station neat and clean while servicing guests per established policies and procedures
- Properly account for all bar stock on bar sheets including opening and closing inventory and recording waste/spoilage
- Monitor, control and restock bar stock in liquor control rooms
- Greet and serve guests following beverage service guidelines
- Maintain accurate accounting of inventory on assigned bar
- Learn and operate a point of sale system
- Perform location worker assignments
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- Plan for daily sales flow based on projections
- Organize all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet
- Verify proper item prices on the beverage menu
- Follow all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
- Work varying hours including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned
