Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid bartender license or certification if required by location
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Must be at least 21 years old as per legal alcohol service requirements
- Compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
