Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • Certificate in Food Protection or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 3:00pm-9:30pm Sunday through Thursday and 10:00am-10:30pm Fridays and Saturdays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of bartending experience
  • Have or be willing to acquire your Certificate in Food Protection
  • Possess the skills to use a POS system
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable person with exceptional customer service skills
  • Overall dependable, collaborative team member with punctuality and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients needed to prepare cocktails
  • Ensure customers meet the legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Report inventory needs to management for reorder
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Be able to change kegs and familiarize yourself with changing CO2 and Nitrogen tanks
  • Lift up to 35 lbs
