Job Requirements

At least high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Certificate in Food Protection or willingness to obtain
Ability to work flexible hours between 3:00pm-9:30pm Sunday through Thursday and 10:00am-10:30pm Fridays and Saturdays
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of bartending experience
Have or be willing to acquire your Certificate in Food Protection
Possess the skills to use a POS system
Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable person with exceptional customer service skills
Overall dependable, collaborative team member with punctuality and teamwork

Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients needed to prepare cocktails
Ensure customers meet the legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Report inventory needs to management for reorder
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Be able to change kegs and familiarize yourself with changing CO2 and Nitrogen tanks
Lift up to 35 lbs
