Job Requirements
- have high school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- current or obtain Food Handlers certification
- current or obtain ABC RBS certification
- minimum age 21 years
- ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- able to stand and move for entire shift
- ability to bend, stoop, and clean frequently
- strong teamwork skills
- positive and professional attitude

- have ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- have strong communication skills
- available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- be the best by providing excellent guest service
- greet new guests promptly and warmly
- maintain company standards for alcohol awareness and service
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- answer guests' questions about menus
- ring in orders and process payments accurately
- control costs by avoiding waste and following recipes
- monitor guest experience and check back after serving
- participate in company initiatives and promotions
- maintain accurate inventory
- uphold dress code and professional appearance
- ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- prepare and present beverages according to standards and recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area
- communicate effectively with team and management
- comply with health department policies
- support team to ensure guest satisfaction
