Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience
- two years bartending or serving experience with liquor
- TIPs or equivalent certification
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to reach, lift, bend and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- ability to use personal protective equipment as required

- at least two years bartending experience or two years of serving experience with liquor
- good communication skills
- TIPs or equivalent certification
Job Duties
- Answers questions regarding food and drink preparation and ingredients
- takes orders accurately and provides service in a timely and friendly manner
- able to make and serve all types of alcoholic beverages properly according to recipe
- merchandises and suggestively sells all menu items
- understands and promotes all specials and coupons
- follows Responsible Alcohol Service Procedures
- responsible for collecting payment for all items served following established accounting procedures
- responsible for ensuring all monies and bar registers are balanced
- assists staff in bar knowledge including proper glassware, correct garnish and proper charge
- demonstrates teamwork by assisting other employees with duties as needed or when a shift becomes busy
- observes guests to respond to any additional needs
- keeps managers informed on any concerns and suggests alternative courses of action
- performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with company policies
- maintains a favorable work relationship with all company employees to promote a harmonious work environment
- always provides a favorable image of Buddy's Pizza
- performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
- applies all of the company's sanitation and safety procedures
