Job Requirements

- Experience in bartending or relevant front-of-house or back-of-house roles in casual dining
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Serve signature wines and cocktails
- Engage with customers to create a warm and inviting bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with alcohol serving regulations and certifications
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to provide excellent service
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist in training new staff members
