Job Requirements

Ability to provide or complete CA Food Handler Certification
Ability to provide or complete RBS Certification
Experience in fine dining and bartending
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to work part-time or full-time
Willingness to uphold all ABC laws

Prior bartending experience

Job Duties

Prepare the restaurant bar for service
Provide bar service during shifts
Control liquor and wine cost
Ensure consistency in the beverage program
Uphold all applicable ABC laws
Communicate menu details to guests
Use POS system features for transactions
