Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- frequent handwashing with disinfecting soap
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- at least 21 years old as per state law
- effective communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- prior experience in bartending preferred but not required
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- create a welcoming bar environment for guests and staff
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar area
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen
- follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
- assist in inventory and restocking supplies as needed
