Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year bartending or relevant hospitality experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service skills
- capacity to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- must be at least 21 years of age
- adherence to health and safety regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor
- handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails expediently while building positive guest relationships
- contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by generating sales and adhering to all company recipes
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
- report to work on time and maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards
- maintain a clean and organized workspace following all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- cooperate with management and team members to assist others with duties if needed
