Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- knowledge of drink recipes and presentation
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well served, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- promptly deliver and settle check, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
