Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or serving experience preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • knowledge of drink recipes and presentation
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
  • suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well served, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle check, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
