Job Requirements

  • Minimum bartender experience, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
  • Valid food/alcohol certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints
  • Creating stunning, handcrafted cocktails that align with brand recipes
  • Promoting our products to guests by communicating with extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus
  • Financial accountability during their shift, including consistent bar inventories to ensure balanced funds
  • Ensuring our bars are ready to serve guests by stocking, opening and tapping all bar supplies
  • Being aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests
  • Delivering food and beverage orders to guests while maintaining quality of service
