Job Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant's facilities

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
Ability to fully adhere to beverage recipes in fast-paced, high-stress situations
Free-pour skills are a must
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions
Passion for learning and applying that knowledge in your work

Job Duties

Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences
Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests
Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected
Always maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants
Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building
Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdiction's guidelines
