Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- Must pass a background check and credit screening
- Ability to stoop, lift, walk and stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License
- Have completed Indiana Excise training courses
- Pass a background check and credit screening
Job Duties
- Read Banquet Event Order (BEO) and complete bar set-up
- Set bar(s) or bar station in assigned area correctly and uniformly
- Keep station neat and clean while servicing guests per established policies and procedures
- Properly account for all bar stock on bar sheets, including opening and closing inventory and recording waste/spoilage
- Greet and serve guests following beverage service guidelines
- Maintain accurate accounting of inventory on assigned bar
- Learn and operate a Point of Sale system
- Perform location worker assignments
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- Plan for daily sales flow based on projections
- Organize all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet
- Verify proper item prices to the beverage menu
- Follow all Food and Beverage rules and regulations
- Work varied hours including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned
