Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
Must pass a background check and credit screening
Ability to stoop, lift, walk and stand for long periods
Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation
Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
Must be at least 21 years old
Possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License
Have completed Indiana Excise training courses
Pass a background check and credit screening

Job Duties

Read Banquet Event Order (BEO) and complete bar set-up
Set bar(s) or bar station in assigned area correctly and uniformly
Keep station neat and clean while servicing guests per established policies and procedures
Properly account for all bar stock on bar sheets, including opening and closing inventory and recording waste/spoilage
Greet and serve guests following beverage service guidelines
Maintain accurate accounting of inventory on assigned bar
Learn and operate a Point of Sale system
Perform location worker assignments
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
Plan for daily sales flow based on projections
Organize all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet
Verify proper item prices to the beverage menu
Follow all Food and Beverage rules and regulations
Work varied hours including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
Perform other duties as assigned
