Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- willingness to comply with food safety standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including setting up pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the guest is well cared for by offering refills and removing unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
