Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 according to state law
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain a friendly and engaging atmosphere for both staff and customers
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively with servers and other team members to coordinate orders and service
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Assist in training new bartenders and supporting team initiatives
