Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Experience in food and beverage service in a luxury environment preferred
- Flexible availability during nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of various types of alcohol and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long durations
- Adherence to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least (2) or more years of experience in hospitality, with a combination of previous food & beverage in a luxury environment preferred
- Must have flexible night and weekend availability to fulfill this role
- Requires a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as luxury core standards
- Must have knowledge of different types of alcohol and be able to make various classic and modern cocktails
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Job Duties
- Welcoming guests with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor
- Interact with guests providing a personalized service to create a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve drinks in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Provide personalized service
- Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures. Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures
- Completes open, close, and side duties including cleaning tables, stocking supplies, washing, and stocking glassware, and assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Follow all safety and hygiene standards
- Always provide the highest quality of service to guests
- Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management
