Job Requirements

Meet minimum legal working age and authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending or related experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
Deliver and settle the guest check in a timely manner, thank guests, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
