Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Legal age to serve alcohol in the state of employment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good manual dexterity
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or bar service experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails beverages and hospitality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible alcohol service and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Lead bar service efficiently ensuring a memorable guest experience
- Utilize extensive food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and craft perfect beverages
- Anticipate guest needs process orders and handle payments promptly and hospitably
- Adhere to state and local laws safe food practices and recipe guidelines while maintaining a clean bar area
