Job Requirements

1-year previous bartending experience in restaurant, hospitality or entertainment management
knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
ability to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

Create, mix and serve beverages with a friendly and courteous demeanor
follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
process cash and credit card payments
maintain and replace bar stock as needed
ensure patrons are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol and monitor guest's alcohol intake
maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils
comply with federal, state, local, and licensing requirements
