Job Requirements

Must be TABC certified
Servsafe or similar food handler's certificate may be required depending upon store location
Ability to work flexible schedules
Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with point of sale systems preferred

Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation

Job Duties

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
Ensure all necessary items are stocked including beer wine liquor garnishes plate ware silverware and glassware
Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
Utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
