Job Requirements
- Must be TABC certified
- Servsafe or similar food handler's certificate may be required depending upon store location
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with point of sale systems preferred
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
Job Duties
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
- Ensure all necessary items are stocked including beer wine liquor garnishes plate ware silverware and glassware
- Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
- Utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
- Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
