Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift
- Compliance with hygiene protocols including frequent hand washing
- Commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink mixing techniques
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- Friendly and personable attitude
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain friendly and professional communication with staff and customers
- Create a great bar experience that enhances guest satisfaction
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- Lift and transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with dining room staff and employees
- Adhere to physical standards required for the role
