Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as necessary
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- comply with all food safety rules
