Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced settings
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to perform physical tasks such as reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Adhere to company dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance

Job Qualifications

Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
Skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
Ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to operate Micros and handle financial transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members
Adhere to company sanitation procedures
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure financial transaction accuracy
Follow alcohol awareness procedures
Assess Guest demeanor and notify Manager when necessary
Follow all bar recipes to deliver consistent products
Keep station clean and set up/take down tables
Greet newly seated Guests promptly
Accurately take Guests' food and drink orders
Maintain thorough menu knowledge
Enter orders into Micros quickly and correctly
Complete sales and station side work
Ensure proper garnishing and tray delivery
Work efficiently with 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy
Participate in incentives and contests
Complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
Complete opening/closing duties
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Assist other Team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction
Maintain favorable working relationships
Listen and communicate effectively
Maintain friendly demeanor and smile frequently
