Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitask

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or related experience preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • ability to work flexible hours and weekends

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnishing
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
