Job Requirements

Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects

Job Qualifications

State required alcohol seller server certification
Previous cash handling experience required
Requires ability to frequently lift/move up to 30lbs

Job Duties

Assess member/guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check member/guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
Attend to tables in the dining area
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
