Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail
  • capability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and work well in a team
  • knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest selling beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standards using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
