Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages
- create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests at the bar area
- prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations on beverage choices
- process payments, including handling of cash and tips
- collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless service
