Job Requirements

- Prior experience in bartending or a similar customer service role preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Strong communication skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Provide genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages following Olive Garden's standards
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience
