Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in bartending or related beverage service preferred
  • Ability to craft beverages accurately
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink recipes
  • Ability to restock and maintain bar inventory
  • Compliance with state/local liquor laws
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or beverage mixing experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of bar inventory and stocking procedures

Job Duties

  • Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for guests
  • Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
  • Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Be a true team player and support other front-of-house positions as needed
  • Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
