Job Duties

  • Oversee and guide guest's complete dining and restaurant experience
  • Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
  • Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation, and execution
  • Exhibit extensive beverage knowledge including classic cocktails, local craft and international beers, wine varietals and pairings
  • Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
  • Confidently use POS system for order entry and payment processing
  • Ensure timely and correct food and beverage delivery and confirm guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a sanitary environment including sanitizing tables, chairs, and bathrooms
  • Ensure proper table maintenance such as water service and pre-bussing
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down patio service areas
  • Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment promptly
  • Communicate respectfully with kitchen and service team members
  • Support team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Engage management for resolving guest issues or complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas
  • Stock and prepare service-related items
  • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
