Job Requirements

- experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred

- ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications such as food handlers certificate and alcohol training
Job Duties
- assist guests in beverage and drink preparation
- service the bar area and restaurant efficiently and timely
- engage with guests to assess satisfaction and preferences
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of drink offerings to aid guests in selections
- contribute to food and beverage sales by promoting menu items and specials
- accurately take and place orders using Micros system
- prepare guest checks accurately and collect payment or signatures
- operate, maintain, and clean all bar equipment and fittings
- ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times
- apply safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
