Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartender experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and portion control
- Ability to comply with state and federal alcohol laws
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking items
- Maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables daily
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and document drink orders
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and practicing portion control
- Comply with all state, federal and corporate alcohol service requirements
- Input orders into the point of sale register and create checks for accountability
- Handle cash transactions including receiving cash, making change, verifying charges and recording payments
- Lock up and store beverage, food and equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
