Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare drinks accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard by using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure the customer is well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
