Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Team player with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar, including pouring stations and glassware before opening, and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter correctly into POS system
- Ensure customers are well served, offer drink refills and clear away unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them back
- Follow all food safety regulations
