Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
  • Passion for guest service and personalized experiences
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Must have food handler and alcohol service certifications if required by law
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
  • Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to record accurate tip-out sheets and calculate bill amounts
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications if applicable
  • Flexible schedule with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages
  • Pour drinks using standard pour according to specifications and accurately process orders in the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks to guests and fill orders for servers
  • Notify a manager of intoxicated or rude guests
  • Fill and clean ice bins, clean and empty trash cans, change kegs, stock beer and wine coolers
  • Clean shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
  • Follow uniform and grooming specifications
  • Maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management
  • Unpack deliveries and stock the bar
  • Take on responsibilities outside of the bartending role as needed
