Job Requirements

  • Valid food handler's license
  • TABC certificate
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
  • Valid food handler's license and TABC certification
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Follow all safety and regulatory requirements including checking identification for alcohol consumption
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately
