Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- provide friendly and attentive service to customers and staff
- create a positive and enjoyable bar atmosphere
- adhere to health and safety regulations including use of protective gear and frequent hand washing
- assist with transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, bar, and kitchen
- communicate clearly with team members and dining room staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
