Job Requirements
- Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation
- must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
- must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- must have attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of high-volume, fine dining bartending experience
- excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
- valid CA Food Handlers Card
- current Beverage Service certification
- must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
- stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
- maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
- ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
- process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards
- perform all opening and closing duties as assigned
- other tasks as assigned by manager
