Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- skill to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- teamwork and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any item not in use
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- adhere to all food safety regulations
