Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • skill to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
  • ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • teamwork and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any item not in use
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • adhere to all food safety regulations
