Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Bartending training and certification
- At least 6 months of bartending experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting trays and carts weighing between 20 to 100 lbs
- Capable of bending, kneeling, and maneuvering in narrow areas
- Ability to stand continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to climb approximately 12 steps during the work period
- Capability to read records and special requests
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in following verbal and written instructions in English
- Skilled in using tact and understanding in customer service situations
- Accuracy in cash handling
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to accurately count cash
- Ability to operate cash register
- Effective communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
