Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Bartending training and certification
  • At least 6 months of bartending experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting trays and carts weighing between 20 to 100 lbs
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, and maneuvering in narrow areas
  • Ability to stand continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to climb approximately 12 steps during the work period
  • Capability to read records and special requests
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in following verbal and written instructions in English
  • Skilled in using tact and understanding in customer service situations
  • Accuracy in cash handling

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to accurately count cash
  • Ability to operate cash register
  • Effective communication skills in English both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
