Job Requirements

Education not required
Experience demonstrating ability to mix and serve beverages
Experience with cash handling and inventory accountability
Ability to work 0-40 hours per week including irregular schedules
Males must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
Must be suitable for federal employment
Must participate in direct deposit pay program
Must provide Social Security Card
Must successfully complete E-VERIFY check
Must pass a favorable background investigation
Must complete a probationary period if required

Job Qualifications

Experience in mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and bar setup procedures
Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate inventory records
Skill in identifying intoxicated or disruptive patrons and managing conflict appropriately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible and irregular schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full-service bar
Mix a wide variety of drinks including classic cocktails such as Alexander, Margarita, Zombie, and Singapore Sling
Set up the bar completely and monitor it for supply shortages to ensure timely replenishment
Collect tabs, chits, or cash accurately and be responsible for cash and inventory during the shift
Recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patron experience
