Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible alcohol service training or certification preferred

Job Duties
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
- Engage guests with confidence-offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
- Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
- Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
