Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • 2+ years of experience as a bartender or barback
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • TIPS certification
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong math, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Able to lift to 25 lbs. or more and stand for 8-10 hours
  • Experience with POS and basic computer systems
  • Flexibility to work variable days, including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts (days, nights)

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food using upselling techniques
  • Prepare beverages per recipe, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and wine service
  • Manage bar setup, cleanliness, restocking, and closing duties
  • Maintain inventory levels, track usage, place orders, and monitor waste
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards
  • Operate POS system, handle payments, and perform accurate cash handling duties
  • Provide guest information about menu items and hotel services
  • Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with private events, and other service areas as needed
