Job Requirements

2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Current Food Handlers and TABC certification
Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Familiar with POS system
Friendly and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Current Food Handlers and TABC certification
Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Familiarity with POS system
Friendly and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
Provide a positive and friendly guest experience
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages by tending to detail and presentation of each order
Keep a clean and sanitized bar area
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations
