Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisors informed of any issues or unusual matters
- create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- maintain accurate financial transactions and operate credit card machines
- greet guests promptly and take accurate orders
- maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and prepare them according to company standards
- operate Micros system to enter orders and complete sales
- maintain clean workstations and assist with opening and closing duties
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables as needed
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
