Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and the capacity to multitask
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
