Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods up to 4 hours
- Ability to safely lift items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be at least 21 years old as per state law
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for staff and customers
- Ensure quality control of all drinks served
- Create an enjoyable bar experience for guests
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Uphold health and safety standards during all shifts
- Assist with cleaning and stocking the bar area
