This position is a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) role assigned to Arnold Hall Hap's Place, located at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado. Job Requirements
- Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek help
- Must be able to follow cash handling procedures
- Must be physically able to frequently lift 5 to 15 pounds and occasionally over 40 pounds
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical
- Must meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Certificate or training
- Must have clear communication skills
- Must be able to complete a Tier 1 background investigation
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to mix exotic drinks
- Ability to recognize and manage intoxicated or unruly patrons
- Skill in cash handling procedures

- Minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to obtain Food Handler's Certificate

Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- Combine ingredients such as liquors, soda water, sugar, bitters, and fruit
- Recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve problems or seek assistance
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Lift, pull, and push objects weighing between 5 and 40 pounds
- Communicate clearly with the public
- Complete food handler's training and obtain certificate
