Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to stand and move for periods up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years as per state law
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in bartending or beverage preparation preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink recipes
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Commitment to company values and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and engaging service to both staff and customers
- Create a pleasant and welcoming bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols including hygiene and protective wear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
