Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Prior bartending experience
  • Valid state alcohol service permit
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Completion of restaurant training program
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wines
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Ruth's Chris specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the bar area
  • Observe and respond to guest needs and requests promptly
  • Accurately record and ring food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system
  • Comply with all state and local liquor laws and company policies
  • Support teamwork by fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Perform opening and closing bar duties including setting up and cleaning
