Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Prior bartending experience
- Valid state alcohol service permit
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of restaurant training program
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
- Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Ruth's Chris specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of the bar area
- Observe and respond to guest needs and requests promptly
- Accurately record and ring food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system
- Comply with all state and local liquor laws and company policies
- Support teamwork by fostering open communication and collaboration
- Perform opening and closing bar duties including setting up and cleaning
